If you've reached C4 consider the v2.0 Artifact set Shimenawa's Reminiscence, it's an okay alternative to the Wanderer's Troupe prior but once you're able to use two bunnies it can really begin to shine. Also worth noting: the 5* Thundering Pulse is a very solid bow due to it's versatility, as at R1 it is comparable to a high refined ProtoCrescent for the Charged Shot build, and it's also highly viable with all her other builds. The Hamayumi Inazuma craftable bow is competitive for this task as well. One thing to note is 4* Bows aren't typically as strong as the Sharpshooter's Oath is as long as the enemy has a weakspot, the closest is a R3 - R5 Prototype Crescent which has the advantage of being usable for her Physical build as well making it more versatile than the Oath if you are willing to invest in it.
